We know health can be a handful. So we’ve custom built our wellness hubs with only one goal in mind - to make every Tasmanian’s health journey a little easier.
We host a range of sessions, events, and activities for both our members and the community to attend. We also work with like-minded Tasmanian organisations to deliver programs. If you are interested in working with us in our space, get in touch at events@stlukes.com.au.

Fertility and Cycle Health Awareness- Information Session
Join cycle educator Eden Sallenbach during Women’s Health Week for an information session for women on the physiology of their menstrual cycles. Learn about cervical fluid/LH testing information, fertile window information, what is optimal versus suboptimal with hormone fluctuations, and what symptoms are normal versus abnormal and worth exploring.

Perimenopause & Menopause: What’s Really Happening in Your Body?
As part of Women's Health Week 2025 the Women's Health Education Network are talking about all things pelvic - This session breaks down what’s really happening during perimenopause and menopause, how it affects your body, what’s changing, why it can be misunderstood, and what you can actually do about it. We’ll cover hormones, symptoms, movement, treatment options, and pelvic health in plain English, shaped by research and real-life experience. It’s about understanding your body, not fixing it - and knowing you’re not the only one.

Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra for Women’s Health Week
Experience a deep rest and inner renewal in this special yoga nidra session created to honour and support women’s health and wellbeing. Often called ‘yogic sleep’ yoga nidra is a guided meditation that invites you fall into a deeply relaxed state where the body, mind and nervous system can rest and reset. No experience necessary, feel free to bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort, lie down, rest and receive.
