Mel has worked in the ICT industry for more than 25 years and has held many senior roles including Chief Information Officer at Aurora Energy and TasNetworks. In 2016 she started her own ICT Advisory and Project consultancy business in Hobart called Ignite Projects Services.

Martin was managing partner of KPMG in Tasmania for 20 years and in that role provided strategic consulting services to a number of private health insurers around Australia.  Since retiring early from KPMG, Martin has been actively involved in assisting St Lukes with its personal health record project and joint venture investments.

Katy has 20 years’ experience in retail, customer experience and strategic management, human resources, financial services, tourism and hospitality and technology industries.
