Hospital care in Tasmania

If you're experiencing mental health challenges and need more support than can be provided through regular appointments or community services, hospital care may be an option.

Supporting Someone Else

When someone you care about is struggling, it can be hard to know what to say or do. You do not need to have all the answers. A simple check-in, a calm conversation and helping them find the right support can make a real difference.
