Events
We know health can be a handful. So we’ve custom built our wellness hubs with only one goal in mind - to make every Tasmanian’s health journey a little easier.
We host a range of sessions, events, and activities for both our members and the community to attend. We also work with like-minded Tasmanian organisations to deliver programs. If you are interested in working with us in our space, get in touch at events@stlukes.com.au.
Please note Information Sessions are general in nature and not designed to replace the advice or care of a qualified health professional. Please consult your relevant qualified health professional prior to making any changes/decisions regarding your personal circumstances.
Note that all event bookings completed through our third-party supplier, SimplyBook.me Ltd are non refundable. Click here for terms and conditions.
Please be aware that photography and/or filming may take place at these events and, by attending events, you acknowledge and agree that any images taken at the event may be used by St Lukes for promotional and marketing purposes.

Inner Alchemy Sound Bathing and Music Therapy Sessions
Come along to a session that creates deep relaxation for the mind and body, and is a gentle wellness experience that is open for all.
Created for people who seek a meditative or calming state. In our modern culture, we may find it difficult to practice meditation or to carve out the time to pause. By stepping into a deep experience of music-sound, we can restore from our busy lifestyles, everyday stresses and open space to be more in the moment.
