We know health can be a handful. So we’ve custom built our wellness hubs with only one goal in mind - to make every Tasmanian’s health journey a little easier.

We host a range of sessions, events, and activities for both our members and the community to attend. We also work with like-minded Tasmanian organisations to deliver programs. If you are interested in working with us in our space, get in touch at events@stlukes.com.au.

Please note Information Sessions are general in nature and not designed to replace the advice or care of a qualified health professional. Please consult your relevant qualified health professional prior to making any changes/decisions regarding your personal circumstances.

Note that all event bookings completed through our third-party supplier, SimplyBook.me Ltd are non refundable. Click here for terms and conditions.

Please be aware that photography and/or filming may take place at these events and, by attending events, you acknowledge and agree that any images taken at the event may be used by St Lukes for promotional and marketing purposes.

Heart-Healthy nutrition: Eating well for a stronger and longer life

Heart-Healthy nutrition: Eating well for a stronger and longer life

Saturday 24th May at 10:00am
1 hour|$15

Eating well is one of the most powerful ways to support your heart health and overall wellbeing. In this workshop with Tasmania Dietitian and Nutritionist Emma Lynch, you’ll learn how simple, balanced food choices can help you feel your best. Find out more about what you can enjoy in abundance (fresh produce, whole grains, and healthy fats), and what may need a more mindful approach (salty snacks and saturated fats). Join Emma for an engaging and practical session that will leave you feeling confident in nourishing your heart for the long run.

Please note: While nutrition plays an important role in heart health, it is not a substitute for medical treatment or prescribed medications. If you have concerns about your heart health, please consult your GP or healthcare professional for personalised advice and care.
