Do you want to improve your self-awareness in creative ways, but aren’t sure how to start a journalling practice? This workshop is the second in a series of three exploring Creating a Journalling Practice. In Workshop Two, Creative Activities for Reflection, you’ll discover a range of mark making, artistic and creative practices that can support meaning, mindful stress release, and resilience.
Kylie will discuss the benefits of journalling, outline how creative practice can support reflection, and guide you through some practical activities. You’ll also receive resources and references to support self-experimentation and ongoing reflection beyond the workshop for personal, creative, and sustainable practice.
