Join Dr. Bruno Cayoun for a 45-minute mindfulness meditation to enhance presence, emotional balance, and compassion through mindfulness of breath, body sensations and loving-kindness meditation. Dr. Cayoun is an experienced psychologist who has been teaching mindfulness meditation in clinical practice for the past 25 years to support wellbeing and personal growth.

Seating is provided but bring your own cushions if needed.
