The Health Navigation team at St Lukes is here to support you in finding, understanding, and connecting with health and wellbeing information and services that suit your individual needs.

Navigating the health system can be complex, and there’s often a lot of information to sort through. Let us do the hard work for you, so you can focus on your health and wellbeing journey with confidence.

We are available for assistance Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. This service is for every Tasmanian, member or not and completely free of charge.
