Calling all music teachers, young singers and aspiring conductors! Join Young Voices of Hobart (YVH) for a fun and engaging Open Choir Session, a school holiday event designed for children who love to sing or want to try choir for the first time.
Under the direction of Aaron Powell, conductor of three award winning ensembles, kids will enjoy a relaxed session featuring simple songs, playful warm-ups and easy scale work, perfect for all skill levels.
This session also offers music teachers and aspiring conductors the chance to observe Aaron’s approach and join a short Q&A about working with young choirs.
