In a world where chronic disease and cancer are increasing, Radical Wellness offers a powerful shift from managing illness to awakening true health. Grounded in science and enriched by lived wisdom, this six-session program explores the five pillars of wellbeing: Mind, Body, Gut, Heart, and Soul. It addresses the deeper drivers of inflammation, stress, and illness through practical tools, reflective practices, and supportive community engagement.
Participants are guided by program host A/Prof Arun Dhir, a GI surgeon, academic, and long-standing teacher of mind-body connection, supporting reconnection with innate healing capacity, clarity, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing for long-term health and vitality.
