We know health can be a handful. So we’ve custom built our wellness hubs with only one goal in mind - to make every Tasmanian’s health journey a little easier.

We host a range of sessions, events, and activities for both our members and the community to attend. We also work with like-minded Tasmanian organisations to deliver programs. If you are interested in working with us in our space, get in touch at events@stlukes.com.au.

Please note Information Sessions are general in nature and not designed to replace the advice or care of a qualified health professional. Please consult your relevant qualified health professional prior to making any changes/decisions regarding your personal circumstances.

Note that all event bookings completed through our third-party supplier, SimplyBook.me Ltd are non refundable. Click here for terms and conditions.

Please be aware that photography and/or filming may take place at these events and, by attending events, you acknowledge and agree that any images taken at the event may be used by St Lukes for promotional and marketing purposes.

Tuesday 2nd September at 5:15pm
1 hour 30 mins|FREE

As part of Women's Health Week 2025 the Women's Health Education Network are talking about all things pelvic - This session breaks down what’s really happening during perimenopause and menopause, how it affects your body, what’s changing, why it can be misunderstood, and what you can actually do about it. We’ll cover hormones, symptoms, movement, treatment options, and pelvic health in plain English, shaped by research and real-life experience. It’s about understanding your body, not fixing it - and knowing you’re not the only one.
