SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY Mental Health First Aid Training

SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY Mental Health First Aid Training

1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental health problem in any given year.

The Mental Health First Aid course will teach you how to provide initial support to someone who is experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. This course is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.

Please note this course is not a therapy or support group. It’s an education course to learn how to give first aid to others.
