SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY Mental Health First Aid

1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental health problem in any given year. 

The Mental Health First Aid course will teach you how to provide initial support to someone who is experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. This course is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.

Please note this course is not a therapy or support group, it’s an accredited education course to learn how to give first aid to others.

This nationally recognised course (11244NAT) builds practical skills for understanding mental health and supporting others during crisis situations. While designed with first responders in mind, it is equally valuable for anyone wanting to better recognise challenges and offer effective first‑line support—often delivered by everyday bystanders. The course is streamlined, time‑efficient, and focused on building resilience, wellness, and protective strategies.

You will experience the mix of programs; KONGA and TYGA. KONGA mixes boxing, cardio, dance and toning. Whilst TYGA is dance-heavy workout focusing on hip hop, dancehall, Latin, afro beats, and toning tracks.

Designed for all fitness levels with easy to follow moves, it delivers a powerful, mood lifting workout that feels more fun than exercise.
