Drawing onHakka, Cantonese and Hokkienfood traditions, the session highlights home style Southern Chinese techniques that are fast, nourishing, and deeply rooted in culture.

Participants will gain a deeper appreciation for the stories, techniques and values embedded in Southern Chinese cuisines. The session fosters cross cultural understanding and highlights how simple, everyday dishes can connect families, honour heritage, and build community.
