Getting to the Heart of It- National Palliative Care Week

Palliative Care Tasmania is hosting a day of interactive activities for National Palliative Care Week. Everyone is invited to drop in for thirty minutes or to stay all day.

The program will appeal to community members curious about end-of-life care, as well as people working or volunteering in health and community services.

The day includes a mindfulness session, creative stitching with 1000 Hearts, a panel exploring palliative care, live music from AudreyRose and complimentary light lunch.

Key formalities include announcing a new partnership, the opening of the 2026 Tasmanian Palliative Care Awards, and launching the new PalliCaring Guide and website.
