From Tuesday, April 7th to Friday, May 8th, our Smithton Customer Care Centre will be operating with reduced hours.

During this time, the centre will be supported by staff each Tuesday from 10:30am to 3:00pm only. Please note we’ll also have a short lunch closure between 12:45pm and 1:15pm.

Support will be available on the following dates:

• Tuesday 7 April
• Tuesday 14 April
• Tuesday 21 April
• Tuesday 28 April
• Tuesday 5 May

If you need help outside these times, our Customer Care Team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm on 1300 651 988.
