Family friendly breath-work sessions aimed at nervous system regulation, held at Meercroft Pavilion. Sessions can be tailored to adults, children and families. Not recommended for seniors. Restrictions apply for applicants with medical conditions that may be triggered by changes in respiratory rate.

The Health Navigation team at St Lukes is here to support you in finding, understanding, and connecting with health and wellbeing information and services that suit your individual needs.

Navigating the health system can be complex, and there’s often a lot of information to sort through. Let us do the hard work for you, so you can focus on your health and wellbeing journey with confidence.

We are available over the phone Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, or in person at select venues and dates which you can book. This service is for every Tasmanian, member or not and free of charge.

We’re excited to announce a new partnership between St Lukes and Devonport City Council - the Living Well Devonport program - working together to support healthier, happier communities.

The Living Well Devonport program supports you to make simple changes that can have a big impact on your health and wellbeing, while also promoting connection within the community. The program runs from Monday 9 February to Sunday 19 April, featuring a diverse range of free events held across the city. From art and creative workshops to movement classes and wellbeing sessions, there’s something for everyone.

Creative Arts and Mindfulness

This class explores the benefits of mindfulness and its role in reducing the impact of stress on the brain and nervous system. Participants will engage in creative arts activities designed to promote mindfulness, play, and self-expression. The group setting fosters connection, social interaction, and a safe space to share experiences.

Held at Creative Space inside the Paranaple Arts Centre.
