Creative Arts and Mindfulness

This class explores the benefits of mindfulness and its role in reducing the impact of stress on the brain and nervous system. Participants will engage in creative arts activities designed to promote mindfulness, play, and self-expression. The group setting fosters connection, social interaction, and a safe space to share experiences.

Held at Creative Space inside the Paranaple Arts Centre.

This event is part of the Living Well Devonport program delivered in partnership between St Lukes and the Devonport City Council.
