They are excited to introduce a new FREE seminar focused on practical ways to communicate with young people aged 8–17. This session offers simple, real strategies to strengthen connection, reduce conflict, and support positive behaviour at home. Parents and carers will learn how to have calm conversations, set clear boundaries, and better understand what young people need when they feel overwhelmed or struggling.
