Here are a few reasons to join St Lukes now!
Claim straight away
When you sign up for the same level of cover as your old insurer, providing all waiting periods have been served, you can claim with us straight away.
We’re local
Whether it’s face-to-face at one of our seven customer care centres or over the phone with our Tasmanian team, nothing is as easy as dealing with a local. It’s service for Tasmanians by Tasmanians.
We've got you covered with award-winning value and customer service
We have been awarded the Canstar 2023, 2024 and 2025 Outstanding Value Award for hospital cover in Tasmania.
Switching to St Lukes is easy
We get that switching might seem a bit too hard… we make it easy, even contacting your old insurer to have the awkward ‘it’s-not-me-its-you’ conversation.
Teaming up with the JackJumpers
St Lukes is a proud Community Partner of the Tasmania JackJumpers.
As part of our partnership, we’ve introduced sensory packs and a quiet space at MyState Bank Arena, we host JackJumper community events in our wellness hubs and proudly sponsor the JackJumpers podcast – Vitamins, presented by St Lukes.
Through this partnership we’re working to ensure our community feels welcomed and supported at JackJumpers games and events - and inspired by the stories and lessons that are shared in the podcast.
Just another way we’re working to make Tasmania the healthiest island on the planet.
