Customer Care Centres and Agents

Claims can be paid at any St.LukesHealth customer care centre or agent. You will need your St.LukesHealth membership card in order to claim at an agency and agents are restricted from paying benefit on some services.

Download and complete a claim form and send it to:

Please ensure all receipts and supporting documents are enclosed with the claim form.
Hospital Claims
Hospital claims and most inpatient medical claims will be sent direct to St.LukesHealth by the provider.
Mobile Claiming app

Online claiming doesn’t have to be difficult.

St.LukesHealth has listened to its members and has improved how you can claim online at a time and place that suits you.

The new St.LukesHealth app makes submitting claims easier than ever in three simple steps.

  1. Take a picture of your receipt or upload a picture of your receipt from your device’s picture library; 
  2. Select who the claim is for; and 
  3. Press submit.

It is that easy - find out now by watching our video.

The St.LukesHealth app also helps members to:

  • Add their claiming details
  • Locate their nearest branch
  • Contact St.LukesHealth
  • Keep up to date with developments
  • Access our Online Member Services portal via the website.

This app replaces the current St.LukesHealth claiming app. If you use the current claiming app, please delete it and download our new and improved app.

Receive your benefit request by direct credit

If you have already paid your provider for services being claimed, St.LukesHealth can offer you the convenience of having your benefit refund deposited directly into your nominated bank, building society or credit union account.

To choose this method of benefit payment, download and complete a Benefit Deposit Request Form.

HICAPS
St.LukesHealth participates in the Health Industry Claims and Payment Service (HICAPS). HICAPS is an electronic claiming process which offers members automatic claims processing at the point of service.  Members with Extras cover will be issued with a St.LukesHealth membership card that provides access to the HICAPS service. HICAPS is available at participating dentists, optometrists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, chiropractors, clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, acupuncturists, remedial masseurs, dieticians and speech therapists.
HICAPS Go
HICAPS Go is a smartphone app that allows St.LukesHealth members to find a practitioner in their area, get a quote, calculate their rebate and pay. HICAPS Go is available to selected allied health practitioners such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, myotherapists, podiatrists and remedial massage therapists.
