St Lukes is no longer required by legislation to mail your Private Health Insurance Statement.

Instead, the information you need to complete your tax return will be sent directly to the Australian Taxation Office and will be available on myTax.

Your Private Health Insurance Statement for the current financial year will be ready for you to download from St Lukes Connect and through the myGov myTax website by mid July.
