Wellness challenge competition terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions – “Take part in the St Lukes wellness challenge, get your wellness postcard marked, fill in your details and go into the draw to win a St Lukes wellness pack or a $500 IGA gift card.” (the “Promotion”).

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Promotion.

2. The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 01/06/2026 and ends at 23:59pm AEDT on 31/08/2026 (The “Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotor is St Lukes Medical and Hospital Benefits Association ACN 009 479 618 of 93 Cimitiere Street, Launceston, TAS 7250, Tel 1300 651 988 (“St Lukes”).

4. Participation in this Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5. The Promotion draw: 

a. The prizes for the winners of the Promotion are;

i. Five events – 1 x St Lukes wellness pack valued at $250. Includes 1 x 20 pack class pass to a movement class at a St Lukes wellness hub in Launceston or Hobart, 1 x Yoga mat, and 1 x drink bottle. The use of the class pass will be subject to terms and conditions. 

ii. 10 events - 1 x $500 IGA gift card. The use of the Gift Card will be subject to the IGA Physical Gift Card Terms and Conditions for which the Promoter has no control over.

b. To be eligible to win the prize entrants must: 

i. Attend five or 10 different events at the St Lukes wellness hub at 72 Elizabeth Street Hobart or 93 Cimitiere Street Launceston during the promotion period and have the St Lukes Events team mark the Promotion postcard (on arrival or departure of an attended event) used solely for this Promotion each time;

ii. Fill in their contact details and submit the Promotion postcard used solely for this Promotion to staff during the Promotional period;

iii. Be over 18 years of age; and

iv. Be a resident of Tasmania; 

c. A person can enter more than once, as long as they meet the eligibility requirements listed in 5b.

d. There are to be 2 winners drawn statewide.

e. An entry with 10 completed marks will only be entered into the draw to win the prize listed in 5ii.

 f. On an entry winning a prize, they are not returned to the draw.  One entry is eligible for only one prize.

g. St Lukes collects personal information on the Promotion entry form to be used to communicate with entrants regarding health insurance. Entry into this Promotion is conditional on providing this information. The personal information collected will be used in accordance with St Luke’s Privacy Policy.

h. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 

i. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, St Lukes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. 

j. St Lukes will choose the winners of the Promotion at random from the contact details collected on the Promotion entry form. The random draw will take place 03/09/2026.

k. The winners will be contacted by St Lukes directly to organise delivery and/or collection of their prize via email or phone. 

l. Any costs incurred to collect the prize is at the expense of the winner. 

m. The Promoter will not replace a prize that has been lost, stolen or expired;

n. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash;

o. St Lukes may conduct such further draws as are necessary if the prizes remain unclaimed 2 weeks after the draw, subject to any directions given by a regulatory authority. If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 17/09/2026 and that winner will be notified via email. 

7. St Lukes, its contractors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered or sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion and/or except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. St Lukes reserves the right, at any time, to verify an individual’s eligibility for the Promotion (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to determine an individual(s)is not eligible for the promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the St Lukes’ discretion. Failure by St Lukes to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

9. St Lukes’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. St Lukes assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of the Promotion. St Lukes is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to members or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Promotion. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of St Lukes, St Lukes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to:

a. exclude any entrant; or

b. modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

11. Employees of St Lukes are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes an employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.

12. Employees of Salveo Healthcare Limited (ACN 645 287 583) (“Salveo”) are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes a Salveo employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.

13. Employees of Healthy Business (Tasmania) Pty Ltd (ABN 41 075 007 500) (“Healthy Business”) are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes a Healthy Business employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.

14. Employees of Healthcare Software Pty Ltd (Tasmania) Pty Ltd (ABN 75 094 641 755) (“Healthcare Software”) are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes a Healthcare Software employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.
