Last from 3 to 9 days. Charge every few days or when the battery is low (usually below 50%).

• Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
• Open the Garmin Connect app
• Long press the bottom button on your watch.
• Select Settings.
• Select Phone.
• Tap Pair Phone.
• Once your watch is in pairing mode, follow the on-screen instructions in the Garmin Connect app to complete the setup
• You can check whether it was successful by observing your step count data in the Connect app.

No, the Garmin watch can track your steps and heart rate, independently. But you’ll need your phone to sync the data afterward. Do not forget to sync your mobile to the watch.
