Free Skin Checks Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions apply to the offer which is “free skin check for members”
2. The offer commences at 12:00am AEST on 09/04/2026 and ends on 5:00pm AEST on 20/05/2026.
3. Booking subject to availability, maximum capacity 1680 (Devonport – 112, Hobart – 840, Launceston – 728) services over three week period from 20 April 2026 to 8 May 2026 inclusive.
4. Appointments for free skin checks will be allocated on a first in, first served basis through the Provider (Spotscreen pty ltd) booking portal.
5. To be eligible for the offer, participants must:
1. Be a current members of St Lukes, where member means a person who is a financial Member of St Lukes with Hospital, Extras, or combined cover, and in the case of a family membership, includes all partners and dependants covered by that membership.
2. Be 18 years of age or over.
3. Join the free skin check waitlist.
6. St Lukes reserves the right to check the eligibility of appointment bookings and cancel those that are not made by an eligible member.
7. Limit of one FREE Skin Check per eligible member.
8. Employees of St Lukes, Salveo, HealthyBusiness, and HealthCare Software, and any family members covered under the same policy as an aforementioned employee, are not eligible for this offer.
9. St Lukes will pay for the cost of the Skin Check incurred with the Provider. No payment or claim is required from the eligible member redeeming the offer. Any costs associated with accessing the offer (including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses) are the responsibility of the eligible member and are not covered by St Lukes.
10. St Lukes reserves the right to on-charge the full cost of the service, or part thereof, for failure to attend without providing 24 hours notice.
11. Personal information may be shared with the Provider for the purpose of verifying eligibility, appointment booking, and invoicing, in accordance with St Lukes Privacy Policy.
12. Skin checks delivered by Spotscreen are a screening, not diagnostic, service. Where a suspicious lesion is identified the participant will be provided with recommendation around following up with a general practitioner, including timeframe for doing so. St Lukes accepts no responsibility for participants’ action taken following recommendation.
13. This service is not suitable for persons currently under an existing care plan for the assessment, treatment, or ongoing monitoring of skin cancer including melanoma. Persons with a history of skin cancer should attend their usual treating medical practitioner for ongoing care and surveillance.
