Terms and Conditions – St Lukes “JackJumpers Corporate Box” competition to go in the draw for a chance to win 1 of 3 double passes to a JackJumpers Corporate Box (the “Promotion”)

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Promotion.

2. The Promotion commences at 08:00am AEDT on 04/02/2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 12/02/2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promoter is St Lukes Medical and Hospital Benefits Association ACN 009 479 618 of 93 Cimitiere Street, Launceston, TAS 7250, Tel 1300 651 988 (“St Lukes”).

4. By participating in this Promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

5. Entry into the Promotion is limited to one entry per eligible person.

6.    The Promotion draw:

a. The prize for the winner of the Promotion is a 1 x double pass to attend a Corporate Box at the JackJumpers home game on Wednesday February 18^th at 7:30pm at Mystate Arena in Hobart. The Prize is subject to the conditions of entry to Mystate Bank Area, which St Lukes has no control over. The Prize is also subject to the Code of Conduct as specified in Corporate Hospitality – Terms and Conditions.

c. There are three (3) winners to be drawn. The first and last names of the winners will be displayed on the St Lukes website from 13/02/2026.

d. Winning entries are excluded from the subsequent remaining draws of the Promotion. One entry is eligible for only one prize.

e. To be eligible to win the Prize entrants must:

i. complete and submit the Promotion entry form;

ii. be over 18 years of age;

iii. be a resident of Tasmania; and

iv. be a current member of St Lukes OR if not a member agree to be contacted by St Lukes about their private health insurance needs

f. St Lukes collects personal information on the Promotion entry form. Entry into this Promotion is conditional on providing this information. The personal information collected will be used in accordance with St Lukes' Privacy Policy.  You’re agreeing for your first and last name to be displayed on the St Lukes website. if you win.

g. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 

h. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, St Lukes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. 

i. St Lukes will draw the winners of the Promotion prizes at random. The draw will take place on 13/02/2026 at 10:00am AEDT at 93 Cimitiere Street, Launceston, TAS 7250.

j.  The winner will be contacted by St Lukes directly via email and/or phone to organise delivery and/or collection of the Prize.

k. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or transferable. 

l. St Lukes will not be liable for any cost incurred by the winner to attend a prize event, and for the avoidance of doubt, this includes (but is not limited to) travel and accommodation expenses.

m. If the winner fails to appear at the prize event they will forfeit their, and their guest’s, ability to participate in the event.

n. St Lukes may conduct such further draws as are necessary if the Prize remains unclaimed by 16/02/2026 at 12:00pm AEDT. If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 2:00pm on 16/02/2026 and that winner will be notified via email and/or phone.

7. St Lukes, its contractors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered or sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion and/or its prize except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. St Lukes accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the receipt of the prize. 

8. St Lukes’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

9. St Lukes assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of the Promotion. St Lukes is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to members or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Promotion.

10. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, St Lukes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to: 

  a. exclude any entrant; or 

  b. modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate. 

11. Employees of Salveo Healthcare Limited (ACN 645 287 583) (“Salveo”) are not eligible for the Promotion, this includes a Salveo employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.  

12. Employees of Healthy Business (Tasmania) Pty Ltd (ABN 41 075 007 500) (“Healthy Business”) are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes a Healthy Business employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.

13. Employees of Healthcare Software Pty Ltd (Tasmania) Pty Ltd (ABN 75 094 641 755) (“Healthcare Software”) are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes a Healthcare Software employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.

14. Employees of St Lukes are not eligible for the Promotion, this includes an employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.
