Shona Croucher

Chief Financial Officer - Appointed April 2023

Shona Croucher joined St Lukes in April 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. Shona has previously held the roles of Chief Financial Officer at two ASX listed companies where she managed aspects of finance, governance and strategic decision making. Prior to this, Shona was a Director at KPMG where she specialised in taxation and corporate business advisory. Shona holds a Master of Applied Finance, is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, has a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ).
