Back on your bike

These all-inclusive sessions are designed to promote cycling as a healthy form of transport and promotes positive mental health.  Great for those that have ridden a bike but not for some time, we can use e-bikes to demonstrate that physical fitness can be enjoyed at any level.

Held at Mersey Bluff Precinct, this is open to adults, all fitness levels welcome, and 4 people per session. Bring a drink bottle, sunscreen, hat and wear comfortable clothing.
