St Lukes Dental Google Review Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions – “Visit St Lukes Dental Howrah or St Lukes Dental Launceston, leave a Google review (either a written review or rating) of the St Lukes Dental Howrah or St Lukes Dental Launceston practice, and receive either a Banjo’s voucher to the value of $5.20 or a Sweetbrew voucher to the value of $5.70.” (the “Promotion”).

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Promotion.

2. The Promotion commences at 8:00am AEDT on 12/01/2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 23/01/2026 (The “Promotion Period”).

3. The Promotor is St Lukes Medical and Hospital Benefits Association ACN 009 479 618 of 93 Cimitiere Street, Launceston, TAS 7250, Tel 1300 651 988 (“St Lukes”).

4. Participation in this Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5. Each participant will be eligible for a maximum of one voucher. There is a limit to one voucher per person during the Promotion Period.  

6. The Promotion:

a. The offer is either a Banjo’s voucher to the value of $5.20 or a Sweetbrew voucher to the value of $5.70.

b. To be eligible for the Promotion the participant(s) must:

i. Attend an appointment, or be the parent/guardian of a minor patient who has attended an appointment as a patient at St Lukes Dental Launceston or St Lukes Dental Howrah;

ii. Leave a Google review of the St Lukes Dental Howrah or St Lukes Dental Launceston practice either as a legible written review or rating only; 

iii. Show a St Lukes Dental Howrah or St Lukes Dental Launceston staff member the review you have submitted.

c. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible reviews will be deemed invalid.

d. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, St Lukes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. 

e. The voucher will be provided in person at St Lukes Dental Howrah, Shoreline Plaza Shopping Centre, Howrah, TAS, 7018 or St Lukes Dental Launceston, 93 Cimitiere St, Launceston, TAS, 7250.

f. The vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable.

g. Expiry dates for vouchers will be listed on the voucher. 

h. The Banjo’s voucher can be redeemed Banjo’s Shoreline, the Sweetbrew voucher can be redeemed at Sweetbrew St Lukes wellness hub, only. 

i. Any costs incurred to claim the Promotion is at the expense of the winner.

j. St Lukes will not be liable for any cost incurred by the winner beyond the value of the voucher, including where the participant chooses to purchase an item priced higher than the voucher amount.

k. St Lukes will not replace physical vouchers that are lost or stolen.

l. St Lukes will not be responsible if Banjo’s or Sweetbrew fails to honour a voucher.

7. St Lukes, its contractors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered or sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion and/or except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. St Lukes accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the receipt of the voucher. Independent financial advice should be sought.

8. St Lukes’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. St Lukes assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of the Promotion. St Lukes is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to members or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Promotion. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of St Lukes, St Lukes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to:

a. exclude any entrant; or

b. modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

10. Employees of St Lukes are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes an employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.

11. Employees of Salveo Healthcare Limited (ACN 645 287 583) (“Salveo”) are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes a Salveo employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.

12. Employees of Healthy Business (Tasmania) Pty Ltd (ABN 41 075 007 500) (“Healthy Business”) are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes a Healthy Business employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.
