Terms and Conditions – St Lukes “Colouring in” competition to go in the draw for a chance to win 1 of 3 prizes (the “Promotion”)

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Promotion.

2. The Promotion commences at 12:00pm AEDT on 23 January 2026 and ends at 5:00pm AEDT on 13 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promoter is St Lukes Medical and Hospital Benefits Association ACN 009 479 618 of 93 Cimitiere Street, Launceston, TAS 7250, Tel 1300 651 988 (“St Lukes”).

4. By participating in this Promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

5. Entry into the Promotion is limited to one entry per eligible person.

6. The promotion draw:  

a.      The winner will win 1 of 3 $100 Rebel Sport gift cards. One winner will be drawn from each of the three age categories:

                                                               i. 3-5 years old     

                                                             ii. 6-9 years old

                                                           iii. 10-12 years old

b.      To be eligible to win the Prize entrants must:

                                                               i.      complete and submit the Promotion activity form to a St Lukes customer care centre or St Lukes Dental practice;

                                                             ii.      be between the ages of 3 and 12 years old;

                                                           iii.      be a resident of Tasmania.

c.      St Lukes collects personal information on the Promotion entry form. Entry into this Promotion is conditional on providing this information. The personal information collected will be used in accordance with St Lukes Privacy Policy.  As the parent/guardian of the entrant you are agreeing to the first name and region of residence of the entrant to be displayed in the announcement marketing material if you win.

d.      Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 

e.      If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, St Lukes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. 

f.        St Lukes will draw the winners of the Promotion prizes for each age category at random. The draw will take place on 16 February 2026 at 10am AEDT at 93 Cimitiere Street, Launceston, TAS 7250.

g.       The winners will be contacted within 5 days of the Promotion draw taking place. The winners will be contacted by St Lukes directly via email and/or phone to organise delivery and/or collection of the Prize.

h.      The winning submission from each age category will be shared on Facebook within 5 days of the Promotion, with the winners first name displayed in marketing material.

i.        The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or transferable. 

l. St Lukes may conduct such further draws as are necessary if the Prize remains unclaimed for seven days after the date of the draw. If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted 23 February 2026 and that winner will be notified via email and/or phone.

7. St Lukes, its contractors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered or sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion and/or its prize except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. St Lukes accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the receipt of the prize. 

8. St Lukes’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

9. St Lukes assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of the Promotion. St Lukes is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to members or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Promotion.

If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, St Lukes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to: 

  a. exclude any entrant; or 

  b. modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate. 

10. Employees of Salveo Healthcare Limited (ACN 645 287 583) (“Salveo”) are not eligible for the Promotion, this includes a Salveo employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.  

11. Employees of Healthy Business (Tasmania) Pty Ltd (ABN 41 075 007 500) (“Healthy Business”) are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes a Healthy Business employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.

12. Employees of Healthcare Software Pty Ltd (Tasmania) Pty Ltd (ABN 75 094 641 755) (“Healthcare Software”) are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes a Healthcare Software employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.

13. Employees of St Lukes are not eligible for the Promotion, this includes an employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.
