Chief People Officer – Appointed August 2025

Deeda is Chief People Officer at St Lukes, bringing deep organisational insight and a strong commitment to people centred leadership. She is passionate about building values driven workplaces where culture, capability and wellbeing enable people to thrive and deliver meaningful outcomes for members. With a strong background in learning, leadership development and workforce capability, Deeda has championed initiatives that invest in people and support long term organisational strength. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Human Resources Management (Psychology) at Deakin University, reflecting her ongoing commitment to contemporary people practice and continuous learning.
