Money & Mind: Make space for your financial wellbeing

Money & Mind: Make space for your financial wellbeing

Money can take up headspace, whatever your circumstances. This month on the St Lukes wellbeing platform*, Money & Mind invites you to notice how you feel and make room for your wellbeing. This November, explore the campaign resources with curiosity, choose what feels relevant and take part at your own pace. You can keep your reflections private and share only what feels comfortable.

Your Circumstances Matter
The month includes resources on financial stress, debt, money habits, wealth, retirement and happiness. Women and money and Positive Mindset round out the programme. Alongside these, you can explore movement, yoga and meditation. Choose a starting point that suits your interests, with room to pause or return another day.

Here Are 4 Money & Mind Tips
Pause and Notice
Before you begin, notice how you feel. Write down one question that matters to you today. There is no need to find every answer at once.

Make Space for Yourself
Choose an activity or a moment of rest that suits your energy. You can make time for yourself without waiting until every task is finished.

Talk in Your Own Way
Consider a conversation with someone you trust. Start with how you feel and share only what you are com fortable discussing. Ask for the support you would find useful.

Keep Your Own Pace
Choose one resource to explore or an activity to revisit. If you have questions about personal financial decisions, consider appropriate qualified support.

Make room for reflection. Choose what helps. Continue in your own way.
