Payment Options

BPay
BPay allows you to pay a variety of bills 24-hours a day, seven days a week using your internet banking. Renewal notices can be paid using BPay, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly using the BPay Biller Code and reference number. For more information on BPay, visit bpay.com.au
Customer Care Centres and agents
You can pay in person by visiting any St.LukesHealth customer care centre or agent. You can pay weekly, fortnightly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly using this method.
Direct Debit
By choosing direct debit you can have your premium automatically debited from your bank, building society, credit union or credit card. You can pay weekly, fortnightly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly using this method. To choose this method, download and complete the direct debit request form.
Online
Register for St.LukesHealth Online Member Services and pay by credit card through our website.
Payroll deduction
Where your employer offers a payroll deduction, you may be able to pay by salary deduction. Check with your pay office or contact St.LukesHealth for more information. To choose this method, download an authority to deduct from salary form.
Phone
You can pay by credit card over the phone by calling 1300 651 988 during business hours (9am until 5pm Monday to Friday).
Postbillpay
Postbillpay provides St.LukesHealth members with a variety of payment options through Australia Post. You can pay quarterly, half-yearly or yearly by: - visiting the Australia Post website www.postbillpay.com.au - phone 13 18 16 - visit an Australia Post outlet
