Terms and Conditions – St Lukes “12 days of Christmas” member competition to go in the draw for a chance to win 1 of 12 prizes over 12 days (the “Promotion”)

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Promotion.

2. The Promotion commences at 12:00pm AEDT on 26 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 2 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. The Promoter is St Lukes Medical and Hospital Benefits Association ACN 009 479 618 of 93 Cimitiere Street, Launceston, TAS 7250, Tel 1300 651 988 (“St Lukes”).

4. By participating in this Promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

5. Entry into the Promotion is limited to one entry per eligible person.

6. The promotion draw:  

a.      The winner will win 1 of 12 prizes of the Promotion, the 12 prizes are:

i.                    1 of 3x double passes to the St Lukes corporate box for Tasmania JackJumpers vs New Zealand Breakers Friday December 26 7:30 pm AEDT at MyState Bank Arena Glenorchy. The Prize is subject to the  Conditions of Entry to MyState Bank Arena, for which St Lukes has no control over.  The Prize is also subject to the Code of Conduct as specified in Corporate Hospitality – Terms and Conditions.

ii.                   1 of 5x $1000 IGA gift cards. The use of Gift Card will be subject to the IGA Physical Gift Card Terms and Conditions, for which St Lukes has no control over.

iii.                 1 of 2x events packs consisting of 10x free St Lukes movement events held in any St Lukes event location. The events may include Yoga, Mat Pilates, Qigong or Express Boxing Fitness.

iv.                 1x St Lukes and JackJumpers merchandise pack inclusive of a JackJumpers shop $200 gift card.

v.                   1x Purple Reid Tract Jr 24” Kids Mountain Bike  

b.      To be eligible to win the Prize entrants must:

                                                               i.      complete and submit the Promotion entry form;

                                                             ii.      be over 18 years of age;

                                                           iii.      be a resident of Tasmania and be a current member of St Lukes.

c.      On an entry winning a prize, they are not returned to the draw.  One entry is eligible for only one prize.

d.      St Lukes collects personal information on the Promotion entry form. Entry into this Promotion is conditional on providing this information. The personal information collected will be used in accordance with St Luke’s Privacy Policy.  You’re agreeing for you first name and region of residence to be displayed in the announcement marketing material if you win.

e.      Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 

f.        If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, St Lukes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. 

g.      St Lukes will draw the winners of the Promotion prizes at random. The draw will take place on 3 December 2025 at 10am AEDT at 93 Cimitiere Street, Launceston, TAS 7250.

h.      The winners will be contacted within 12 days of the Promotion draw taking place.

i.        The winners of each daily prize will be announced at 3pm on Facebook each day over the 12 day period 3 December to 14 December 2025, with their first name displayed in marketing material.

g.  The winner will be contacted by St Lukes directly via email and/or phone to organise delivery and/or collection of the Prize.

h. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or transferable. 

 j. St Lukes will not be liable for any cost incurred by the winner to attend a prize event, and for the avoidance of doubt, this includes (but is not limited to) travel and accommodation expenses.

k. If the winner fails to appear at the prize event they will forfeit their, and their guest’s, ability to participate in the event.

l. St Lukes may conduct such further draws as are necessary if the Prize remains unclaimed for seven days after the date of the draw.. If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted 20 December 2025 and that winner will be notified via email and/or phone.

7. St Lukes, its contractors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered or sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion and/or its prize except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. St Lukes accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the receipt of the prize. 

8. St Lukes’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

9. St Lukes assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of the Promotion. St Lukes is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to members or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Promotion.

If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, St Lukes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to: 

  a. exclude any entrant; or 

  b. modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate. 

10. Employees of Salveo Healthcare Limited (ACN 645 287 583) (“Salveo”) are not eligible for the Promotion, this includes a Salveo employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.  

11. Employees of Healthy Business (Tasmania) Pty Ltd (ABN 41 075 007 500) (“Healthy Business”) are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes a Healthy Business employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.

12. Employees of Healthcare Software Pty Ltd (Tasmania) Pty Ltd (ABN 75 094 641 755) (“Healthcare Software”) are not eligible for the Promotion. This includes a Healthcare Software employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.

13. Employees of St Lukes are not eligible for the Promotion, this includes an employee’s partner/spouse and dependant.
