St.LukesHealth reopens Kingston doors

St.LukesHealth will reopen the doors of its Kingston Customer Care Centre today.

The centre, located in the Channel Court Shopping Centre, was forced to close in May this year after inclement weather caused severe damage to the site’s structure and technical equipment.

As a result, the centre was closed with our Kingston staff moved to the Liverpool Street Customer Care Centre until the site was refurbished and deemed safe again.

St.LukesHealth sourced local contractors during the refurbishment phase to assist with the centre’s refit, including VOS construction. Launceston-based architects Birrelli managed the project on behalf of the fund.

“At St.LukesHealth, our members and staff always comes first,” St.LukesHealth CEO Paul Lupo said.

“We thank our members for their patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this temporary closure.

“The refurbished centre will have the same look and feel as the previous one but with a slightly different layout.

“We are proud to assist those living in the Kingborough region with their private health insurance needs and look forward to seeing your friendly faces at the centre.”

St.LukesHealth is a proud Tasmanian not-for-profit private health insurance fund that reinvests returns to the benefit of members.

The fund prides itself on delivering excellent customer service and having local and experienced staff who understand their members’ needs.

An official Channel Court opening will be held on Saturday, November 3.
