Premium examples shown in the cover selector are weekly base rate premiums with the 30% Federal Government Rebate deducted. If you're eligible for a premium discount or a higher rebate, or if you are required to pay a premium loading under Lifetime Health Cover, your premium may vary from that shown. For an individual quote go to the quick quote option.

You should also read the waiting periods and membership conditions that will apply to your St.LukesHealth membership when selecting your cover.
