payment options

St.LukesHealth offers a variety of payment options. Select an option below for more information.


By choosing direct debit you can have your premium automatically debited from your bank, building society, credit union or credit card account. You can pay weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly using this method. To choose this method, download and complete a direct debit request form.


BPAY is an electronic bill payment service offered by Australia's leading financial institutions. BPAY allows you to pay a wide range of bills 24 hours per day, seven days a week. You can pay by BPAY by using your financial institution's telephone or internet banking.

Renewal notices sent to St.LukesHealth members paying quarterly, half yearly or yearly, will display a BPAY Biller Code and reference number. This information will be required when paying your renewal through BPAY.

POSTbillpay provides St.LukesHealth members with various payment options through an arrangement with Australia Post. If you pay quarterly, half yearly or yearly, you can access the following payment options through POSTbillpay:

- via the Internet through the Australia Post web site at www.postbillpay.com.au
- by phone on 131816
- in person at any Australia Post outlet

Renewal notices sent to St.LukesHealth members paying quarterly, half yearly or yearly, will display a POSTbillpay barcode, reference number and Billpay code. This information will be required when paying your premium through POSTbillpay. Payments can be made through POSTbillpay by credit card or debit card.

If you register for online member services you can pay by credit card through our web site.

Where your employer offers a payroll deduction facility, you may also be able to pay by salary deduction. Check with your pay office or contact St.LukesHealth for more information. An authority to deduct from salary form is available for download.

You can also pay over the phone by credit card by calling 1300 651988 during normal business hours, 9.00am to 5.00pm weekdays.

You can pay direct over the counter at any St.LukesHealth office or agent. Payments over the counter can be made weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
