Private Health Insurance Rebate Statements

29 June 2009

privatePrivate Health Insurance Rebate Statements will be issued again this year to all policy holders to assist in the completion of their 2008 - 2009 tax returns. If you have held cover with us and/or paid a premium during the last financial year you should receive your statement by 15 July 2009.

The statement includes all premiums which have been received and processed by St.LukesHealth during the financial year 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009. The statement will also show the amount you may be able to claim in your tax return if you have not already received your Federal Government Rebate entitlement as a premium reduction throughout the year.

For further information about your statement, refer to the back of the statement when received.
