Private Health Insurance Rebate Statements will be issued again this year to all policy holders to assist in the completion of their 2011 – 2012 tax returns. If you have held cover with us and/or paid a premium during the last financial year you should receive your statement by 15 July 2012. Alternatively, the statements will be available for download from online member services approximately one week prior to this date.

The statement includes all premiums which have been received and processed by St.LukesHealth during the financial year 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2012. The statement will also show the amount you may be able to claim on your tax return if you have not already received your Australian Government Rebate entitlement as a premium reduction throughout the year.
