As part of the health and wellbeing program offered by MyHealthGuardian, we invite you to participate in a pedometer challenge commencing on Sunday 16 December 2012.
What you need to do :
1. Log in or register for MyHealth Guardian
2. Go to the 'Challenges' tab
3. Set your profile name
4. Join the challenge
5. Get a pedometer or download a 'pedometer app' for your smart phone
6. Record your steps everyday
We should all aim to walk 10,000 steps a day for our best health.
Do whatever you can to bump up the numbers, take the stairs, park further from work - whatever you have to do to get moving!
We hope you join us 'Stepping Out Together' and improving our health - one step at a time.
Different challenges will be offered regularly as part of this new function offered by MyHealth Guardian, so make sure you check the page regularly for new challenges.
