St.LukesHealth has been rated the best in the country for customer satisfaction in the latest Roy Morgan survey, moving up from second place in the previous poll.
The survey, conducted monthly, samples customers from private health insurance providers across Australia, asking them to rate their products and services.
St.LukesHealth CEO Chris Williams said the organisation was thrilled to receive the number one rating nationally, especially given there were so many deserving funds in Australia.
He credited the results to his team of dedicated, local staff, saying it paid to have friendly people on the ground to talk to members about their individual health insurance needs.
“Customer satisfaction is embedded in the St.LukesHealth philosophy and it is encouraging for everyone at the organisation to see the results and to know their hard work is being recognised nationwide,” Mr Williams said.
“We have known for some time that satisfaction is a prime concern for people with private health insurance, especially as it can be quite a complex type of insurance and people need to be satisfied they are getting what they pay for.
“While our major market is Tasmania, we do have members in other states and territories who have stayed loyal to us for the very reason that they are satisfied with our personalised service.”
